SRO has had a successful academic year, despite B32 renovations causing us to move our storage location twice! We even have locks on our new cupboards!

We ran BitBot line-follower tutorials for local Cubs and Scouts groups, befriended the Offix contractor, and sold out our SOTSEF Science and Engineering Day session in under an hour and taught ~80 young engineers. Our membership this year has also been really strong, and planning for our Robotics Summer School 2026 is well underway.

Additionally, this year we also celebrate 20 years of student-led robotics outreach at the University in some form.

We held our AGM in May, and the committee for AY 2026/27 was elected:
